Cardio Pump minimizes excessive stress on the spine and soft tissues. It helps to improve posture and trains the muscles to resist inefficient movements while maintaining correct alignment. It also helps improve functional strength, which transfers over to other sports and activities.

Within the hour class, we use a weight bar to gain muscle throughout the whole body. We also use steps. Each student decides how much weight to put onto the bar. The school does have a few extra bars; most students generally buy their own bar. We do, however, provide steps for all the students.

Exercises involve using multiple muscles in order to create stability and balance. We teach simple resistance exercises that not only challenge, but also develop strength, control, and body awareness.
