While listening to modern music, you will get a cardiovascular workout, lose weight, gain muscle, relieve stress, and much more!

A regular class consists of warm ups, punches, kicks, blocks and abdominal exercises. Also included are exercises that target the hips, buttocks and thighs.

This is an intense class with basic techniques that even a novice can participate in!

The popularity of Cardio-Karate and Cardio Kickboxing has increased tremendously. This increased popularity is primarily due to expedient results. Cardio Kickboxing burns 800 to 1,000 calories per hour compared to an average aerobic class, which burns 300 to 400 calories per hour.
