What do YOU have to Lose?
The goal for this challenge is to lose body fat and preserve and increase lean body
mass; while decreasing your chances of developing any/all types of chronic
diseases!
* Every participant will be weighted and undergo body fat testing with Body Stats, a Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis tool, which is much more accuracte than body fat scales
* Blood pressure, heart rate, and a random blood glucose will be taken
* A meal plan will be discussed that will not only help one lost weight, but will also help achieve optimal wellness
* An exercise program will be tailored to the individual
* Optional nutrients and herbs that are helpful for fat loss will be discussed
* The cost is $49.00 for all of the above and just $10.00 for additional Body
Stat testing to ensure fat loss and not just weight loss
* The contest will run for 12 weeks and the winner will be determined by the greatest
percentage of body fat lost!
