Gym introduction (Hay only)

Service Description

We will take a tour throughout the entire gym, I'll explain how to use each machine and which muscles are being targeted in the movement. I will also take the opportunity to go through some exercises to view your form and correct if necessary. This is a great opportunity to ask about anything you're unsure of.
